Fire sprinkler installation and maintenance in Riyadh

Automatic sprinklers activate on their own when heat rises above them, containing a fire where it starts. We design the network for your activity and storage height, install piping, heads and pump, then test and hand over ready for the Civil Defense visit.

Keeps the suppression network pressurised and feeds it when sprinklers or hoses operate.

Control valvesAutomatic suppression & networks

Control valves

Valves that isolate parts of the network and control water flow during maintenance or emergencies.

A ready water hose on a reel inside a cabinet, for manual firefighting before Civil Defense arrives.

When does a facility need sprinklers?

It depends on activity, area, number of floors and stored materials under SBC 801. Large warehouses, malls and multi-storey buildings usually need them. A survey and hazard classification first avoids under- or over-building the system.

How we deliver a sprinkler system

1

Survey

Area, activity, ceiling and storage height, and water source.

2

Design

Hazard class, head layout, pipe sizes and pump capacity.

3

Install

Network and pump installed, flow switches wired to the alarm panel.

4

Test and hand over

Pressure and operation tests, with as-built drawings.

Why Marfaa

A clear offer

The quote states specifications, quantities and timeline. No catch-all line items, no surprises on the invoice.

Compliance before handover

We do not hand over a system that would not pass inspection. Readiness for approval is part of the job, not an extra step.

After installation

A system needs scheduled maintenance to keep working. We stay with you after handover rather than ending there.

Have ready before the survey

  • Building plan, or approximate area and number of floors
  • The activity carried out in the facility
  • Photos of existing systems, if any
  • Any note from the municipality or Civil Defense

Frequently asked questions

How much does sprinkler installation cost?

It depends on area, hazard class, storage height and whether a pump and tank are needed. After the survey we send a detailed quote.

Do all sprinklers go off at once?

No. Each head activates on its own when heat rises above it, so water falls only where the fire is.

Can you modify an existing network?

Yes. If the activity, storage layout or partitions change, we recalculate and modify the network.
